Great result but poor performance.

Fernando is holding our midfield together at the moment. The only player who can press the ball in midfield. Navas did well too but really a lucky win.

We are going to get thrashed away from home if we play like that.

Fernando are you on bath salts or something that's gotta be you wumming right?

Apart from Augero it is difficult to justify why any other City player should be in it to be fair.

Exactly. No one else would get in the squad based on this seasons performances.

Having just watched MOTD:

- Aguero definite pen, can't believe lino didn't see it.

- Silva no pen, didn't think it was in the stadium, still don't.

- Benteke onside! He looked miles off in the stadium. Not having the red card though, Benteke hears the whistle and pulls up, surely if no whistle, he'd have just plonked the ball in the net.

I seriously fail to see how that is not a penalty. If that's anywhere else on the pitch it's a booking for a reckless challenge. He tackles him from behind and totally cleans him out with a scissor challenge. Whether he gets the ball first is totally irrelevant; if you 'go through' a player from behind and take him out - Silva was between the guy's legs ffs - it's a foul.

What the hell is wrong with the surface? Is it overwatered because everybody was slipping on their arses ( looked like 11 Stevie g in blue ffs).
Dean had a typical blinkered anti City game as do all the refs . Aguero should deffo had a pen when pulled back and Navas was cleaned out by Delph i think it was and nothing given.
Positives from the game 3 points and a good performance from Mangala who had Ben ten in his pocket apart from the offside chance in 1st half and being sold short by Demi.
