Possibly his wages between now and end of July.
£130k a week - so owed about £3.6m in wages from Arse.
It's worth more to them at this stage to try and claim they would rather now lose him for free.

Last season possibly but not now that Ota has improved considerably and VVD has shown himself to be a bit of a twat with his behaviour after not getting a summer move. I'd be very happy with Martinez.Personally I quite like VVD, and would put him ahead of Otto.
But if he's going to Liverpool we'll just have to move on to the next target.
I would wait until the summer and go for Alderweireld or Koulibaly.
I'd go for Koulibaly if it was up to me. What a monster!
