It's the landline/broadband and telly all in same contract,all at same time,I just don't know after agreeing a price per month for 12 months,they can now charge extra ? I don't get it,I presumed I was on a "fixed price" so to speak for the remainder of the contract.Robbing bastards

Phone them , they usually send out details of how to cancel within 31 days of the increase at the same time.
From experience, they’ll just drop the price back immediately or call you after you’ve cancelled.

They all do it to some extent. As mentioned, try ringing them and kick off - I've heard that some people get these increases removed if they've only just signed up.
