Don’t they have a centre in Wythenshawe anymore?

Years ago I was talking to a girl at their customer services with a very unusual first name and after a bit of chit chat it turned out we knew each other from drinking around Northenden back in the days.

Just spent nearly 2 hrs "discussing" my broadband and tv service with the price hike comimg on thier live chat

Was looking at my bill going up to £121
first offer £108 if I get an O2 sim for a fiver a month - no please cancel
Next £90 a month stil lwoth an O2 sim added.

Said if you mention an O2 sim again I wil l cancel whatever ;-)

as they sent several messages convincing me it was a good deal I screen shoted my bundle offed on Uswitch for Sky customers.

£68 a month plus TNT sports

After getting disconected (for the 4th time) they offered me the same deal on a new contract.


Seriously there is no need for all the palava, just offer long term customers a good fucking deal ffs ;-)
