If someone sits near me with one of those things buzzing down my ear or obstructs my view waving one around I'll ram it, bell end first (which is no reference to the popular stand of the same name) up the owner's ricker. Unless they are bigger than me of course.

If anyone brings one and starts tooting it, I'm warning you it is going so far up your rectum that you will be shitting pancakes for the rest of you meaningless existance.

But on a serious side, without doubt The Health & Safety aspect will ban them anyway,as City do have a Duty Of Care.
