Was the ball over the line?

The whole of the ball has to be over the line for it to be out. From behind, it looked out but the closer the angle of vision gets to the line itself, it's certainly far from conclusive and may well just be in. Certainly far less clear than the penalty we should have got in the first leg and the foul on Aguero before their goal tonight.

It was well out mate but like you say,far less clear than the other decisions however sky will be showing it in super slow motion for a month.

Scouser sat next to me in 228 (only became noticeable that he was an Everton fan when Aguero scored) reckoned he'd got a text from his father saying that the ball was well out. He seemed shocked when I said "Good it makes up for the penalty that we were cheated out of in the first leg." He then nodded in resigned agreement and fucked off before the final whistle. Overall I've got to say it was a highly satisfying evening.

Karma no doubt... For the blatant Aguero foul before their goal tonight and for the Penalty we should of had at Goodison.

And I know this happened afterwards but what a fucking **** that goalkeeper is for them bastards.
He was literally pulling up Kevin De Bruyne, he was in serious need of medical attention and he was doing this.
Vile human being.

Karma is Real.

I had a good view from EL3 and it was out but not "by a yard" as I read in the BBC text coverage. Anyhow the assistant was in no position to give it as he was behind the play and wasn't in line when Sterling crossed. Payback for the pens we didn't get in the last two meetings.

He has apologised to KdB on twitter, saying he didn't realise he had a serious injury in the heat of the moment.

You sure?

Look at that photo. Is the whole of the ball over the line there? Doesn't look like it is to me. May only be a couple of millimetres but part of that ball is within the white line.

Yep.
Nine times out of ten,the linesman or fat bastard of a referee would of called it.
I'm glad neither could keep up with play.
