They have gotta justify their stinging increases next month . Trouble is people nowadays in this country will just pull their own trousers down for them ,instead of kicking off about it . Brace yourselves we are about to be fisted by an increase , they dont want to dip into their bonuses so
will tax the plebites . Its not just the water mains that need replacing but the drainage systems .

Now hang on a minute! I live up in the Lakes and I don't mind that we willingly send water down to gods own city and long may that last. But I really do draw the line at sending a bloody big pipeline down to them soft southern puffs.

And exactly what are you going to do for water if you dont get it off them. POWER!!

Haha, Our reservoirs over here are overflowing, and I thought we had problems before. Our local reservoir. 10mins from my gaff.

Water is something humans cannot survive without. You can kickoff but you cant not use it which means it changes nothing. Its not like Sky TV and you can just stop and not pay

If you have £25k you can get a survey done on your land if their is a natural source then you can tap into it ,put backflow protection in and use away . You still have to pay half your water tax for waste water , or for £10-40k if you have the space you can store it and use for secondary water ,as its still grades as grey water.

My point is we have a nation of people who will phone up and vote some arse off big brother, x factor , and the like but will not even press their local MP to make sure concessions are put in place to freeze (no pun intended) the water tax while some people are struggling to make ends meet . Its funny how the media is used as a tool to soften the blow on consumers in this country . I fully expect the price hike .

This countrys water industry should be doing more to collect and push the use of grey water and reverse osmosis in this country , there is also a current passing through water mains that can be utilised but isnt . I have had many an electric shock . Its only 8 years since they laid drainage systems down in rural Cornwall ,we arent exactly a third world country :)
