The surface did not help our lads, particularly Sterling and Silva. It was very wet indeed. I thought overall we deserved it and showed a lot of character after we went behind.

Hard fought 3 points. Either Ighalo is a handful or Mangala is woeful. Kolarov wasted a few good plays with his random shots out of the box but it just was not working for us in the box. Silva also passed a few that were short, it might have been the pitch. Blessed to have Aguero to pull us out of it what a player. And 80th minute is when Yaya mode activates.

I don't get the we didn't deserve it. They didn't create much and I thought we had the better chances. Haven't seen the stats but I would think we had more shots off and on target. Not a great performance from us but I didn't think Watford deserved to win.

Thought Mangala had a push which lead to the corner for their goal but we rarely seem to get those decisions.

Not a great performance but happy with the 3 points and an away win. I wish we'd go back to the team that started the season so well (excepting the injured Kompany) with Navas on the right and Sterling on the left. Trying to somehow shoehorn Aguero, Sterling, KDB and Silva into a formation isn't making us a better team.

Give it time...all will be well.
