Roma is the last game and beat Moscow at home and it will pretty much come down to winning in Rome which should be easy judging by how easy Bayern have done it? Shouldn't it........

Bayern beat Roma home & away, we beat CSKA home, then it doesn't actually matter what happens in the next game for us and them as bottom line will be that if we beat Roma away we go through? (Even if we lose at home to Bayern and Roma thrash CSKA away...)

Weird really, as shit as we've been, 1 win at home to worst team in group and we still have it in our own hands.

Easier said than done but I'd fancy us away at Roma, winner takes all.

Those of you who think we won't win in Rome are perhaps forgetting that we have won 3 and drawn 1 of our last 5 UCL away matches. I personally think that we will beat Bayern as we have already done twice before after they have already qualified. The worst case scenario after this would be needing to draw in Rome. If Roma lose to CSKA (a distinct possibility) we could even qualify on match day 5!!

I thought our last 5 CL matches were 3 defeats and 2 draws so forgive me for not being quite as optimistic.

On the assumption that we beat CSKA at home and Roma get beat by Bayern away and at home then the following round games look very interesting. The CSKA v Roma game kicks off at 5.00 pm. If Roma win it gives us a free hit against Bayern as it will put them 2 points ahead of us. It means Bayern game is win or nothing for us, a draw means nothing. Hopefully Bayern at this point should be through as group winners.
We never do it the easy way.

Then a point in Rome will see us through. Better still, they lose this and the next two and we beat CSKA and Bayern and we've qualified with a game to spare. Very unlikely of course but you never know!
