We can still win the league

It's not over till it's over as we all know be stood tonday we can't win it when we still have a chance too. We need to go and win a couple of games on the trot now if we can win the next 2 it would be a great start.

Unfortunately we missed our chance over the past two games in only picking up one point. Win both of those games and we would have the chance to move within 5 points with a win tonight...ifs buts and maybes

Just to put it into context

Win tonight and we will be 10 points behind with 15 games to play

If we went on an amazing run, say 13 wins 1 draw and 1 loss from those games , that would get us another 40 points.....

Chelsea would then just need 30 points to win the title , given their much better goal difference. We need them to lose at least 5 games from their remaining games, They have lost 3 games up to this point.

Try and pick 5 losses out of this lot, obviously 1 would have to be to us

It would probably be more like 3 defeats and 3 draws rather than 5 defeats. Draws can be killers. Draws against Southampton, Everton & Boro undermined our season. A few more drawn games might bring them back closer to the pack and increase the pressure. But they seem to be a very durable team. I dont expect them to slip up, or for us to only drop 5 points in the rest of the season.

Yes, I think it may be possible for them to draw 3 and lose 3, but I cant see us getting the 40 points just to draw level with them

If we win the next five , which are all winnable games then we might get some momentum

It would have to be a run like Liverpool had when we pipped them, to win the league they needed to win 14 games in a row, they got to 11 then lost to Chelsea and drew at Palace

I just cant see it based on how we have been playing to this point

If anything it's harder than it was a few games ago. Bigger gap and less games to go.

We are 13 points behind not 3.

Chelsea show no signs of messing up and should have won last night and we still have Clichy at left back last time I looked.

I've written it off already and am just concentrating on top 4 but having said that if arsenal get something on Saturday then it certainly makes it interesting.

The key is to be there if Chelsea fuck up.

They have had no pressure & if they were to slip up a bit, would suddenly be under a lot of it.

This season is all about laying the foundations and starting to imbed the Guardiola system!
I think we are capable of going on a really decent run now but I also think we will still have a dodgy result or 2 before the seasons out!
Let who ever win it this season because I've seen enough to suggest we're about to rip the fucking whole league a new one!
