we need a new stadium...

I was speaking to someone at work who met a Project manager for Kaldoon. Apparently he said that we are looking to build a 90,000 seater stadium at Hough End . He also said Yaya was a done deal for January and that MH had £400 million to spend in the summer transfer window. He also said that their development plans were enormous. Personally if we can`t fill CoMS on a regular basis -where are we going to find another 45,000 fans.

I personally think the problem with the current stadium is that it's not intimidating enough. It doesn't feel like you're enclosed in a stadium where you feel trapped which is what you want the opposition to feel like.

The sides aren't steep enough and it just wouldn't intimidate the other team.

I hate to say it but the swamp is a perfect example of an intimidating ground, where with 10 minutes to go and the other team are under the kosh they would feel trapped and ultimately could lead to us winning tighter games

This season and last we have sold out more than half our league games, would that not be considered a regular basis?

Careful what you wish for. The swamp is a perfect example of what happens when you put 3 seats where two should be.
