We Will Be A Disgrace...

Don't think anyone would disagree that we played well in the first half against Everton, but I do think over the whole season he has been cautious far to many times. To be honest his insistence on still playing Viera is beyond me,he was a great player in his day,but not even close to being good enough for a place in the squad.

Can't see him lasting very long to be honest. He has underachieved this season if anything. He inherited a strong panel and added to it. We should have put in a genuine title challenge, instead we're going to fall into 4th spot which may or may not leave us with a tricky tie to qualify for the group stages. I hope to God the players realise how important Saturdays game is to us long suffering fans because if we need some inspiration I can't see it coming from Mancini and his lieutenants.
He can't get it into his thick skull that you need pace in your team and that in order to win a title you at least need to try to beat your closest rivals. "Better to have boo at the end and one point". said it all really.

at times i have been very critical at Mancinis tactics and style of play and still remain unconvinced by his tactical approach in some of the bigger games.

Im also not happy that he seems to be behind (or at least partly responsible for tevez possibly leaving)

BUT I dont want us to change manager this summer regardless of what happens in the next week.

I just hope we get to europe, win the FA cup and then Mancini and tevez can pull their respective heads out of their own arses and sort out their differences. We are on the verge of something huge.....if both of them can work together we will get there a lot quicker

can't agree with that, in a season where chelsea will end up trophyless, arsenal will have their 6th trophyless year, spurs or liverpool wont be in the champions, and one of them won't be in europe at all. if we finish 4th and end our 35 year trophy drought , we should be building a fucking statue of mancini, never mind getting rid.

the way khaldoon put his head on the block to bring bobby in, makes me think he'll get time to build his team, for sure.

if bobby leave, itl be of his own accord, no doubting that

That's fair enough, still I can't help thinking there's plenty of other managers who could have achieved at least as much and might have thrilled us a little more along the way.

One of the biggest weeks in our history and still shrouded in negativity.
This everyone is better than us attitude is getting boring. 4th on merit this year. Hopefully we'll achieve our targets this season, and a massive weight will be lifted off our shoulders. The future is bright. In Bobby we trust!

You wont convince the mancini haters, greatest week in this clubs hisory, best finish for 30 years, wembly final, the whole club on cloud 9,world class players at our club...and you get people saying weve under achieved......clowns!

The way I look at it with Bob's tactics is this: If our fixtures at the start of next season were, everton away, spuds home, chelsea away, arsenal home, stoke away, rags home and a difficult CL qualifier, I wouldn't feel confident at all in gaining many points or getting into the CL proper. I realise it's hypothetical but I wish I had more confidence in Mancini, and I don't.

When RM took over we were a stagnating mid table side.

In a little over a season we are a top four side, in the worlds most competitive league and one game away from cup winners.

With a new squad. And followed by the most ungrateful, unrealistic fans in English football.

FFS what does he have to do? What's "the most overrated manager in world football" achieved at Madrid that's so muchbetter?

Just who would some of you want to come in and build a ten year dynasty?

Get a grip.

We will probably get CL football, but the mentality of some people seems to be we got there and thats good enough. We all want City to go on to bigger and better things. But as a title winning side I just can't see it happening under Mancini. The facts are he plays to cautious sometimes and with the present squad we will never score enough goals, you just have to look at the goals for column of the teams above us,they have all scored more goals than us.Even teams like Newcastle and West Brom aren't far behind us in the scoring stakes. And the cloggers Everton have scored 50 just four less than us.

And like De Niro said we should have had it wrapped up weeks ago.And I'm afraid with Mancinis style of play we are never going to get enough goals to win a league, because this play for a narrow win or settle for a draw is not good enough and is a very dangerous way of playing a game as it can seriously backfire.
Couldn't agree more and Everton have been missing saha
