well done Howard.Has to be the highlight of any refs career.Mine had to be reffing at COMS for a football aid match,so to ref at that level is amazing for any ref.

In terms of consistency i rate Webb, but after watching him regularly in the prem he seems to shy away from making the big decisions such as penaltys or sendings off, possibly to avoid being controversial. For a big lad he doesn't half bottle it sometimes.
