I'm pleased he has the final - him and his two assistants have been quality this tournament - where overall, apart from the odd blunder, I think the refereeing has been good.
As for Webb himself...... we're all typical footy fans - if he gives decisions our way we will think he's great, if he gives decisions against us, we will think he's a w@nker!!
Overall, I think he's a good ref

According to Marca, Webb "perjudicó gravemente a España, influyendo con sus desacertadas decisiones en el resultado final."
basically: Howard Webb gravely damaged Spain and had a direct influence in the final result
Webb denied Spain two penalties, should have sent of Grichting and should have ruled out the Switzerland goal for offside.

The Spanish are not happy , and the Poles want him dead . I see the UEFA European Championship 2012 will be partly played in Poland . I wonder if he'll turn up ? I think he's a mediocre ref . I've seen him make some proper 'ricks' in the Prem .
