Just another example of people not taking personal responsibility for their wellbeing and expecting the state to do it all for them.
To paraphrase that scene in Jaws....Can you do a rough sketch of them on your dinner break mate so the details can be filled in more thorough?
;-)
Be careful before the wokeys get offendedAbsolutely bang on. Yet another drain to an already at breaking point vital service.
Get out of the fridge and out of the house. Buy a fitness watch (some are cheaper than a takeaway) and start with 10/15000 steps a day. Put the chips and booze down. Learn some fucking accountability
which are you on?I've used these as I was a big lad and a diabetic currently 8 stone lighter and all my bloods are now healthy.
I also pay for them myself just the £220 a month.
It's alright @@@@ ends saying get to the gym you lazy so and so but it's not only weight, most obese people suffer with depression, lack of energy so kindly @@@@ off with your shit comments.
I'd tell anybody suffering with weightloss or diabetes to immediately buy these if of course they can afford them. Also wouldn't begrudge people getting them for free either, theres foreign fuckers getting free benefits, clothes & houses which is worse.
Mounjaro 15mg mate
which are you on
Exactly mate.I mean, imagine going to a GP who, along with other previously tried an tested methods suggests using modern medicine to help lose substantial weight, feel and look better about yourself physically & mentally and ultimately help save future resources for the NHS.
THE FUCKING GALL!!!!
Cool. I did extend my post as pressed post too soon.Mounjaro 15mg mate
Or compensate for knackered weight bearing jointsMight make you lose weight, wont clear your clogged arteries after eating shite for years.
To be fair, as much as laziness and a lack of accountability is the real cause for a lot of fat people - the NHS handing out jabs like Ozempic might cost them £100 a month in the short term (per person) but it will likely save them fucking millions down the line if the number of people suffering with heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and renal failure can be reduced.Absolutely bang on. So you getting slimming tablets is more important than the homeless getting fed and homed? Foreign or not.I've used these as I was a big lad and a diabetic currently 8 stone lighter and all my bloods are now healthy.

But we've known for years what you should and shouldn't eat, there isnt really a stitch up. Oily fish rich in omega 3 (not covered in batter), fresh veg, salad, fresh fruit, white meat, pulses and wholegrains, all washed down with plenty of water.Whilst it's certainly true diet and exercise will work for the vast majority of people, it's not easy when people are getting stitched up by the food industry.
