Was shocked to discover that dark chocolate is often the 'secret' ingredient used in a good chili, but once you've tried it you will never look back!!

Sure someone does a chilli infused dark chocolate bar but you're right mate chocolate in chilli is very good.
Along the same lines banana's in a curry sauce, that's beautiful, makes it really creamy so if you don't want to use cream a healthier alternative.
