Was shocked to discover that dark chocolate is often the 'secret' ingredient used in a good chili, but once you've tried it you will never look back!!

I tried putting a bit of Nutella in some gravy last night, it was awesome. Bisto granules, bit of soy sauce, tomato sauce, pepper and Nutella. Mmmm.

I'll tell you one thing that's fucking wrong. Meat and fruit together. It's just sick.
Pineapple on a pizza, sultanas in a balti pie or those otherwise nice Morrocan/Leb dishes that they do their best to ruin by putting dates/raisins etc in a lamb stew.
Just wrong. Perverted. Fruit is for afters.

No a fried egg is though, never had it without gives it a smoother texture
