I got those three off wiki. They're the three official languages in Belgium, along with a few minor ones as well. His grasp of English would tie in with what you've said there, though.

Good signing, exciting anyway. Not sure he will be allowed to dribble as much with the way City play, but I am assuming Pep and the team are going to teach him when is best to dribble and when not.
