I’m sure they have, but bringing him over from Argetina and working with him in training and pre season games can always throw up the unexpected, which need acting on. However unlikely it’s possible.

Not saying it’s likely. All I’m saying is Soriano isn’t the one to ask as it won’t be his decision.
 
Surely he's far too good to just be yet another loanee, in a long line of loanee's we never hear from again
