Well done Bobby

The moose is a bit of a comedic character who has an unhealthy obsession with Spurs, Redknapp of the Harry kind and a really REALLY unhealthy obsession with 'Scotty' Parker. He gives the impression that outside of London, there is no life, he's a typical little cockney **** who is up his own arse. The amount of shite he spills about the North is embarrassing quite frankly.
Today though he genuinely means what he says, you can hear it in his voice.
Good point about Di Canio too, to the poster above.

I may be in a minority, but I wish he'd stop doing it, it achieves nothing but attract bad publicity.
I'm also not interested in the "but Rooney does it" or "Ferguson taps his watch" arguments, let those classless bastards do what they want, I'd prefer to see a serene, calm Mancini rising above all that.
With you on that.

Now now Pige. Stop being anti City and get those blue tints back on! :)

I just want consistency in the game - consistent refereeing; media reporting; managerial actions and their response...

I don't want to see the back page of national newspapers focusing on a manager who has done nothing worse than many of his contempories.

Whether he was right or wrong, it should be treated consistently by the media, just like referees should be consistent in their application of red and yellow cards - or at least the FA should ensure they have a consistent approach.

Ah well.... 3 points clear, superior goal difference, been top of the League for a very long time, still in the League Cup semi (only 2 goals & a win needed - achievable), still in European competition... there's not a team - or manager - in England that wouldn't want to be in that position.

The flak will come, but so long as City remain clear in their objectives and there's belief it can easily be the most successful City season of all time (don't forget City have won a domestic & Euro double!).

The trouble is that I can't remember another manager doing that this season, and now it's twice in just over a week. I can forgive the first one because you could say it's a cultural thing but as a manager he should at least have learned from the negative press the first one brought. I love the guy but that's an error that the press will pick up on. As far as I can see, the press have been consistent, brandishing imaginary cards (by players and staff alike)
is always reported on.

This is much better apparently, perhaps Bob should watch and learn from his more respectful colleagues.

I don't believe it's a show of him cracking, I think its a show of his disliking of a lack of decisions going his way. It's only happened since the Kompany red, (as far as I know), and with players like Johnson not getting sent off I think this is just his way of protesting it.
Whatever it is though it's not great to see.

Bollocks.

They didn't report on Liverpool players trying to get Balotelli sent off. They wouldn't have reported on Rooney, Carrick, Jones trying to get Kompany sent off. They didn't even report on Milner trying to get Johnson sent off the other week.

They don't report on managers every game disputing decisions with the 4th official.

I'd rather it wasn't done, but I'd rather the refs made the correct decisions in the first place, and if one is going to be criticised for it everyone should be.

Let's bring back the controlled passion that Sven brought to the party. Truly inspiring gentlemanly conduct :)

Who cooly and calmly oversaw the awe-inspiring 8-1 at Boro....
