Most of our players back to full fitness and he reverts back to type.

I can't wait till we see the back of this shit formation he loves playing.

The dazed and confused one was happy with tonight's result. Thanks for the 3 points against Newcastle, Norwich and Villa away.

Madrid must be shitting themselves....

Under Mancini, we always played a slow-slow-quick-slow tempo, constantly probing and probing, until we dragged a ball-watching opponent out of position, and pounced.

It was regularly dull as ditchwater, but you rarely felt as though we were going to lose.

We’ve only got four Premier League games remaining under Pellegrini, so before he goes, could somebody explain the reasoning behind the way we drift out of games, often slowing games down, when it’s crying out for a bit of fire and aggression, before losing the ball in a dangerous position.

Could somebody also explain why we love to indulge in short corners, but always appear shocked when the opposition do it?

Silva and Nasri?

he should have played Fernandinho. Dropped Yaya and used him at home to Stoke. Tonight was always going to be frenetic.

Dull under Mancini? Are you having a laugh?

We played some quality stuff. That league winning season was the best football we've ever played (in living memory).

Much preferred watching Mancini's team to Pellegrini's

Mancini's team was only dull prior to 11-12 when he was sorting out the defensive side.

Pellegrini's relies too much on individuals doing something whilst the rest of the team plays the same stale passing patterns. Our wing play is so predictable.

I was always a big Mancini fan, especially during the early months of 11-12, but let’s not get too revisionist, because it wasn’t always exciting.

The point I was making was that I understood what he was trying to do. In fact, I’m struggling to think of many (if any) games that we didn’t win, when ahead with less than ten minutes remaining. That was his style, and we loved him for it.

The best example of Pellegrini’s style was the League Cup Final against Sunderland, when despite being out-thought, outfought, and outplayed for an hour, we suddenly produced two of the greatest goals Wembley has ever witnessed.

Unfortunately, when those long shots are saved or hit the woodwork ,we tend to struggle.

The 12-13 season was dire. Football on show was as bad as it had been for years

Our charming man as got us to the semi final of the chimps league (seems like his holy grail) and in doing so has come up with tactics and formation. So why when it comes to a league game, the opposition are given no thought and our 11 players are thrown on willy nilly to do there best. Time after time the same old FAILED set up is used against all an sundry. Bye Bye Pellers, I for one won't lament your passing.

I'm literally counting down the games until he fucks off.

I can't wait to see the back of this fucking enormously below average manager.
