Absolutely gutted by that result, tbh.

We murdered you for large parts of the first half and even down to ten men I was confident we were still going to win it. Absolutely no complaints about Faye sending off, but how the hell was Viera still on the pitch after his assault on Whelan in the first ten minutes?

As for our 95th minute "winner", can someone please explain exactly why it was dissalowed?

Aslo lost any respect I might have had for Mancini after his card waving bollocks on the touchline. I suppose we should be happy with a point against another of the so called "big boys" but I'm fucking furious with it.

Must admit we were lucky with that decision in the end but overall we took the game to you and it was backs against the wall stuff for your defenders. Your lads were well up for it but a draw was fair I suppose. Manicini needs to work out how to play against the "hoofers" in this league or we'll never progress. Could be worse I suppose I could be a Stoke season ticket holder and have to watch that every week.

he wasnt gesturing for a card...he was doing the continental thing with his hands asking the ref/4th official why he wasnt being booked
and no idea, the goal was legit, won the ball cleanly

So he was gesturing for a card.

is it me or did this muppet not see ricardo fuller wave the imaginary card at the ref when barry was meant to have fouled him? because if he didn't see it then fuller could well have been sent off too as he was later booked for a lunge on richards,.

Fuller was holding up 4 fingers to indicate (correctly) it was the 4th time he'd been kicked up in the air by Barry or one of his cloggy mates.

All this bollocks from you lot about Stoke "setting out to destroy football" makes me laugh, the two dirtiest players on the field were Vieira and De Jong. I do not usually get involved in anti-ref histeria after a game but that was a complete joke that second half. First half he had a poor game but it went both ways (but Vieira SHOULD have walked), second half was criminal. Faye should have been booked (because there WAS a covering defender), if Adebayor had had his boot kicked off by a defender (like Fuller's was), there's not doubt the ref would have given a pen, and yet another perfectly good headed goal disallowed.
When I used to travel up from London every Saturday I quite liked mixing with your Southern based fans, generally a down to earth and realistic bunch unlike the glory hunting tw*ts from the red side of Manchester. Sadly, now you are "the richest club in the world", it hasn't taken a lot of you very long to climb right up your own @rses has it? You're no better than the Chelski or sh!t fans now.
