Wenger wants Given or Hart

Given.

I know Hart has come on since he last played for City, but Given is a much better keeper, still.

I think Given for another couple of seasons, if Hart wants to move on then that's a shame because he will be a great keeper.

I respect your opinion but can you tell me how you think Given is better than Hart im honestly not looking to have an arguement

When Hart was playing for us week in week out i thought that he was brilliant, and I was dissapointed when Given was brought in. However, after seeing 30 minutes of Given on the pitch the difference in class was there for us all to see, with "theres only one Shay Given" ringing around the stadium im pretty sure I wasn't alone. After a few more games I realised that Given was at a different level to Hart and Hughes's decision to drop arguably one of the best young goalkeepers in the world was justified. In my view Given is world class, and at the moment Hart is still just short of that. Hence, Given would be my number 1.

neither

wenger can lick my balls

-- Thu Jul 15, 2010 9:17 pm --

but would definately have hart if it came down to it

Hart is not far short of Shay's ability and 10-12 yrs younger, so if protracted improvement over the next 10 yrs, with the potential he has he will ultimately be the best keeper in the premiership.
We mustn't sell Hart!!!!

Hart for me every day of the week, given is slightly better at shot stopping but i think hart is better all round in the box,for me given rarely comes of his line which cost us at crosses big time, you look last season for instance how many close in headed goals we concede and we really shouldn't have done.

Both good keepers but if one needs to go then Given defo for me

Hart for me, he is the future and we need to keep him happy. Thankfully Mancini seems to agree.

TBH I am a bit disappointed in Given since he came, not the player I thought he would be.

Also seems to be disruptive in the dressing room, was one of the ringleaders causing the trouble when Hughes went. Mangement and fans dont forget these things.

Hes 33 at the end of the day whats his problem has 2 - 3 years at the top MAX. There are plenty of games to be played why cant he just stay on his £90k a week and play in all the cup games. Annoys me tbh, should keep his mouth shut and get on with it, fight for his place.

Give them Shay Given. Not going to get any better at his age, while Hart has plenty of potential.
