Wes Brown 'retires'

He's a liability anyway! Useless tosser who would be a sub at best, he probably retired due to being too embarrassed to play cos he knows he's wank!

I hope none of our players get a game! Just our luck we'd pick up injuries in the fa's cash cow friendly!!

Say what you like about Brown but why was he picked? He's 30, unlikely to be picked for the next WC.

At least he had the balls to drive to the hotel to see Capello personally. Seems Capello, who didn't phone Johnno to tell him he wasn't goiung to SA, could learn a thing or two from Brown on communication skills.

If Capello was a decent coach he would pick one for the future, Richaards maybe, and teach him how to defend. The guy is becoming an liability.

Exactly. Shocking management. All this not announcing the team to the players until just before the game, not personally phoning players to call them up or leave them out. His arrogance is breathtaking. Is he of German descent by any chance?
This squad should contain young players with at least a potential future, not just the same tired old bit-part players that have been around 10 years and still done nothing... There must be someone!? In fact anyone know how many English players there are in the PL?

How pathetic!

For both players to announce their retirement after they have been named in the England squad is nothing short of childish, IMHO.

In fact, any player who is not proud enough to represent their country is an absolute disgrace and should never be asked again.
Kinda the point of retiring mate, to nit be asked again.

Carragher and the ginger pig were!

So if Johnson was RB number 1, and Brown was RB number 2, who is 3rd on Capello's list. I cant see past Richards.

Richards (Young with bags of potential. But ocasionally lacks concentration)
L. Young (30+ Villa reserve)
Gary Chuckle (54 years old and shit)
Carragher (Retired)
Onouha (Not a regular for his club side and better in the middle)

Anyone else? Taylor for Newcastle? Mancienne? Kyle Walker at spurs?

It has to be Richards.

Isn't that like locking the stable door after the horse has bolted?

LOL

Second one from the squad. Thats 2 players in their prime refusing to play for their country.

These players their attitude fucking stinks. I feel sorry for Fabio I really do.

Not suprising considering the way some players have been available for 2 years of qualification only for Capello to pick a player who has been 'retired' for the main competition.

He is crap mind!
