I wonder about this match.I do not want any of the 1st Team squad playing on Weds. night. Injuries to any of them would 'crack me up'.

but I'd go with:
Bravo
Danilo, Tosin, Vinnie, Mangala, Zinchenko
Foden, Gundogan, B Silva
Sane, Diaz
.... this line up will do me..........

Yes but we should be aiming for success in every trophy.
Remember last season.

Don't want Delph he's hopeless.

Bold line-up that, no sub keeper.

Foden, Mangala, Bravo, Sane all to start with the rest made up of a couple of youngsters and first teamers.

I think the bench will be very strong for this one with all the big guns on hand if necessary.

Pep, tasked with keeping twenty senior professionals happy, can't afford to start Foden and Diaz over Sterling and Delph. He just can't. And after the Girona game I'm not about to complain.

If we were give a fair draw like the rest of the league and were playing some lower league club at home then that would be the time to play youth. But that won't happen.

Point taken, but I would hope that he can give them some game time coming off the bench, at about the 70 minute mark. If all is going well, of course.
