West Brom Post Match Thread

Bony played alright today, ithought. Worked harder than usual and was winning his battles. When he won the ball and drove forward, playing it to navas, i thought "thats the player we bought. His best game in months

Job done.....however....that game really did highlight just how poor our strength in depth is.Pep has an enormous task on his hands but i'm sure he's aware and more than capable of sorting it.
We need an entire new back line,at least two midfielders and a striker imo.I can also see why there are rumours regarding a goalkeeper.

I'm convinced Bony has hacked Pellegrini's iCloud account and has compromising photos. There's no other explanation for the continuing insanity of Bony in a 4-4-2. An utter fail yet he won't give it up.
Like I said mate, thankfully we've only got a few more games to endure this.

Words failed me when I saw the team sheet, but why should any of us be surprised. Manuel is going out doing it his way until the last kick.

Aguero should have gone off a lot earlier and Bony should have gone after minute 1.
Agree... Kun should have been off earlier.. Nacho should have started.. Sick to fuck of Bony who is surely being played to get him in the shop window.. Had our trousers well and truly pulled down for him... Happy to get half what we paid back..

English football, where cloggers and thugs punch and kick the hell out of our talented players, with the bent ref leniency. El Kun was on the receiving end the whole fucking game. They want him out for the rest of the season.

Get the fuck in.

So let me get this right - Pellers sees the goal Kelechi scores in training and then picks Bony. No premier league takers now there is a big surprise - not

Pound shop. Can only imagine the illness has taken its toll.

God it's cold in SS3. I want my padded seat back.

Lucky to get the win in the end.

Nasri excellent, Aguero good, de Bruyne good when he came on.

Kolorov decent first half but he just can't defend properly when any sort of pressure is on us. Ottamendi sloppy first half. Zab still looks off the pace and Hart not great.

Bony is just awful. If Kun is out Tuesday and we have to rely on him, god help us.

I'm not sure why Pellegrini didn't make a change when they got on top. They missed 3/4 great chances.

All the rest average

Performance was story of the season.

A wins a win though. Looks like we are going to have to drag ourselves over the line.

I agree.

as usual Pellegrini wasted the 1st 60 minutes with Bony in the squad.
and desperately try to score for the last remaining minutes.
i can feel that Aguero hate playing with Bony. we can see it many times that he playing far away from him.
we create nothing. the tempo is pathetic, their keeper is not tested, and no one inside the box.
thank god WBA doesn't score another goal, or we can easily lost in this match.

Nacho/Bony vs Pellegrini issue are such a scandal.
Nacho rarely get his playing time since Bony is fit.
Bony still got 60 minutes in every league games, and doing nothing.
but Nacho at best will get the last 10 minutes from here and there to prove his worth.

it's great to have Nasri back. hope Kompany are fit for the next league game.
