It's time these clubs started thinking outside the box with their managerial appointments, same old managers getting jobs, giving clubs brief spikes before eventually getting the sack.
Look at Sunderland, last/this season have shown that some of these clubs will drop like a brick if/when they do go down.
I remember a good point someone made on Sunday Supplement, that while there's this perception foreign managers are preventing young upcoming British coaches from landing good jobs, the problem really is the old, British managers and the merry go round culture are actually the biggest obstacle by far.
