Who were the culprits this time ? I'm glad we won But it takes the piss to go from cruising to that. We can't ignore these lapses as this is what costs us points !

An excellent opening half-hour where we created more good chances than in all of our previous away games combined. Then a progressively lacklustre performance culminating in two really soft goals. So plenty to think about. Huge three points though, no injuries and on to the Saints next.

We were great for around 70% of it, OK for 20%, and not very good for 10%.

Kompany was incredible on his comeback, made some killer tackles. Fernandinho was also fantastico.

Good win, however the score line makes it look like the game may have been more even. Too relaxed at the end, we need to stay alert until the final whistle.

Careless at the end, but usual players at fault.

Pleased with the majority though and the performance for 80% of the game.

Great fist 35 mins. Up there with our best of the season.

Second half we were very average and once again when you take off our best players we look average.

Demichelis is not a great player. I would put Lescott in over him.

Dzeko. Great first 30 but dropped off so much and once again turned in a lacklustre 2nd half performance.

Have to up the concentration against Southampton.

Good three points though.
