West Ham 2016/17

West Ham have spent 110m in 3 seasons and the fifth highest net spenders over the last 5 seasons. All that after using taxpayers money to do up their stadium which they won't pay back. Not good losing to part time players either

Bit of an overly simplistic view for me; the majority of the blame lies at the feet of the manager; it's his job to tactically prepare and motivate them, billic was unable to do that so be takes the blame really

Billics an arsehole tonight for that.

How many turned up tonight 55k+ and they get knocked out by that shite?

They could have gone all out in the comp and they'd have been in with some shout I'd reckon.

They remind me so much of us circa 2004.

Agreed, it's poor planning; Hammers didn't even need to win tonight, literally had to just play out a dull 0-0 draw and they would've gone through.

Sadly I feel we might suffer the inevitable backlash on Sunday

Fucking awful result that
Yep.

Your cnuts didn't bother turning up for a European tie again. Other clubs would have took that opportunity and took it.

As long have you have a stadium in the capital that costs fuck all to maintain in comparison to the rest of the PL your owners don't give a fuck.

Fans should tell them otherwise.
