really tough one to call tomorrow, and actually out of all the fixtures we've had recently this is one i'm quite worried about. Really cant see their being much in it at all

It's really hard to call this one. West Ham are a work in progress and as such you don't know which one will turn up. When they're on it they will give any side a game but they have the odd flat performance, I hope it's the latter tomorrow.

Why do you seem to think it's an either/or with Leicester and West Ham?
Only my opinion after watching each team about 3 times this season. WH were very unimpressive whenever I have seen them and I expect them to finish 7th or 8th. Leicester I believe will finish 4th or 5th.

I considered that but I'd be surprised to be honest. I'm not sure Pep would throw him into a "weakened" side like that. I know "weakened" is probably pushing it but without Jesus and Bernado it would be a lower energy, lower press kind of team and Sergio would make that worse. This one has the danger to drift away into a 0-0 or 0-1 if we aren't careful.

Agreed. It's the type of game where if we don't have the right intensity or get our noses in front early, the opponent becomes emboldened and it is much more of a grind.

That's my fear when Bernardo or Foden never start, the levels of enthusiasm they show is contagious and fundamental to the midfield set up.

Didn't expect that from Moyes tbf, must have changed since his days at Everton, maybe it's all those jellied Eels and pie and mash ?
Regardless, I don't expect his tactics will change too much from his Everton days, one of which is waste time from the first minute, I'm kind of expecting a draw on this one but hopefully we can get off to a flyer.

West Ham deserve to be in the top 4. The table hardly ever lies.
But their results vs top 9 teams aren’t that impressive.
Leicester h 3-0
Everton a 1-4
Spurs a 3-3 (two goals very late on)
US h 1-1
Liverpool a 1-2
Villa h 2-1
United h 1-3
Chelsea a 0-3
Everton h 0-1
Liverpool h 1-3
Spurs h 2-1

So they hardly drop points vs lower placed teams.

They didn’t play this week. We did. As we have been doing every week over the past what 3 months? We rotate and have a rhythm so I don’t see this being a problem.

It won’t be easy. But I doubt WHU is the team that will take points from us. Especially with our players that will warm the bench tomorrow afternoon, able to come on.

I like WHU. But that’s as far as it goes. Go and get your points from the other teams in the top 9.

Even Moyes would be uncomfortable if he won this year and had as many LMA manager of the Year awards as Wenger, Mourinho, Klopp and Guardiola combined.

An early kick off isn't ideal after a midweek European away game, but thankfully we have an almost fully fit squad so can rotate a few players. I still think it'll be a really tough game though. I've been very impressed with West Ham this season, and full credit to David Moyes for the job he's done. You've got the basis of a very good side there. Rice, Soucek, and Antonio are all excellent players. Best of luck for the rest of the season, starting after tomorrow!
Coufal as well. Reminds me of Zab, a bit of a fucking warrior
