It's a good price but for someone with a PL goalscoring record like his it's not "snap their hand off" good, he will get them goals and I have a feeling a he will start to make it look like a bargain before the end of the season.... he just needs game time and the rest of his game will come on leaps and bounds in my opinion, if he was English there would have been so much more hype around him.

Do you not think players like de Bruyne, silva, yaya etc have helped nacho more than he will get at west ham? £24m is a great fee imo and if we can get a buy back then great but not overly bothered if not. We got Jesus for £27m and he is levels above nacho!

Well not if we have a buyback. Say we have a £35m buy-back fee but Kelechi's stock has sky-rocketed and Chelsea are willing to pay £50m for him. City resign him and make £15m profit (a la Morata/Coman etc).

Yeah I know that but are we definitely having a buy back clause?

The problem with that is G. Jesus was a bargain, it's not going to be too often we get value like that, so you shouldn't be comparing it as the norm... the question you should be asking is how much is Gabby Jesus worth now? You also can't compare South American transfers to English ones he's proven at PL level with an exceptional goals per minute ratio and if you were paying attention not all his goals were down to great passes by KDB or Silva he showed instinct and footballing IQ to pinch goals of his own making more often than not, sometimes a matter of capitalising on defenders mistakes. Like I said in another post he will not be fazed by moving clubs either he took moving country in his stride, I expect him to be bagging goals for them in no time but if the rest of his game develops like I think it could he could be running the show for them up front before long not just poaching goals.

£20m seems too low for a player with his potential, proven goal scoring ability, and in this market to a PL club (have £££ to spend and in the same league).

Yeah but we also spent £30m on Bony?? Kelechi's worth more than he is.

Agree example part time player Rashford if they were to sell him they be asking 50m just because they believe there own hype with the media banging on about how good he is as well!
