Savic/Suarez/Trippier etc for us...Those bigger names are coming with our loan and sell rotating doors
De Bruyne/Lukaku/Matic for Chelsea
Pogba for United
Morata et al for Real Madrid

Damn those pesky people who can see exactly how a players career will pan out

Imagine how much money the guy would be on, who could look at the best young players & go 'yep he'll make it' 'nope get rid of him, yr all overrating him' & be right ?

That bloke would be worth more money than Mbappe, per season.

I agree but it is equally as feasible that they have it right with Nacho. You and other see something that I personally don't but I'm OK if he goes/stays or returns.

We don't know he will make it, anymore than Pep or anyone knows he won't. We do know he has the raw material & you don't chuck that out, on a guess.

Yes he is. He can sell him to someone else who will accept the clause.

Kelechi is an absolute top prospect in world football for his age. If he was scoring for Germany rather than Nigeria he would cost a fucking fortune.
Not everybody sees it like you, I'm not too upset to see him go, and I can understand why this decision has been taken. That's football, it's a game of opinions, and whilst I respect yours, I don't believe he's as good as you seem to think he is. i wish the lad well but he needs game time and he isn't going to get that here.

What is it about Iheanacho that confirms to you, he can't become a top player ?

I've been watching football for 50 odd years & I have no chance of making that call so I'm wondering how you can see it.

This.

What was everyone saying about Harry Kane during his loan spells at Milwall, Norwich, and Leicester? Was he a top prospect then?

I hope he does manage to sell him to a club with a buyback, I'm just pointing out it isn't as easy as you are trying to make out.

Imo for a player with Kelechi's record, there will be a long list of clubs willing to sign him, if there is no buyback clause & 20 mil would be taking the piss.

I he was a Utd player, with that scoring record at club & international level, he would cost double.

Therefore, imo, either West Ham agreed to the clause or Txiki is not doing his job.

Again though mate, you are oversimplifying. Kelechi will have a say in all this, we already know his agent is a gobshite - every transfer of a so-called prospect would have a buyback clause if it was that simple, wouldn't it?
