Reimbursed fans and, if possible, done a deal with Sky to show it on one of their free channels ?
it would have been expensive for the club in the short term, but if it had smoothed the path to winning the cl would more than have paid for itself.
Probably impractical as a few thousand fans would still have turned up and demanded to get in. But in theory a good or bad idea?
Hope it’s not rearranged for a week on Wednesday, as has been suggested, as I’m away that night. Anyone know when we’ll get confirmation?
