West Ham - Post match thread

I see the 'rule' about getting a yellow card for making a card gesture, is now back.

After many months of players at every club in the country getting away with it in every game.

'Might be alright in Brazil..' says Glen.

It annoys me when a team is winning well, they seem to get the letter of the law, yet the team getting stuffed get let off with blatant yellows

I think that causes more issues, as they know they can "leave another one", on an opposing player, and still won't be sent off

Poor use of the cards tonight ref

Teams can no longer press us by keeping a high line because if they do the pace of Sane, Jesus and Sterling will rip them to shreds.
If they drop deeper then it leaves more space for Silva and De bruyne.

Damned if they do, damned if they don't.

It looks like the other team aren't trying when in reality they don't know whether to push or stay.

Tremendously exciting times.

That can be answered, in terms of Glen. He's a cnut.

I assume your referring to Jesus (didn't see what he was booked for) and once again it's another reinforced rule to make city 'different'.

We have one of the highest possession ratios in the league, yet one of the worst in disciplinary.

We're not exactly a dirty team, are we?

Amazing performance. We will be terrorising most of Europe in a couple of years.

Just seen peps interview on SSN, asked if he regretted sending Joe Hart on loan, he said 'no, I have to make hard decisions and make a lot of mistakes' is there a way back for Joe? Or am I just hoping to much???

The praise through gritted teeth was a joy to behold. Always a West Ham negative before a city positive tonight, from the lot of them

Hordle went above and beyond tonight. You can just hear it in his voice.

It's completely unprofessional and even worse that BT stand for it.

They try to counter by using Dunne but it's not a clever smokescreen at all, Hoddle just has to much hatred to get around it.

If they had any respect they'd just fuck him off from our games
