West Ham Thread 2013/14

West ham need to fuck Allardyce off and bring in a new man, who in turn needs to bring in a Robbie Savage esq player. Someone with desire and passion who can lifta team and beup for a scrap (Barton!!)

He then has to find a forward from somewhere, like we did with Mpenza

Feel sorry for Hammers fans. Thought the team was an absolute disgrace tonight TBH. Almost as if BFS's team talk was, "Doesn't matter what you do tonight lads, you're going to get mullered. So don't tire yourselves out or get injured".

Hope they stay up as I like the club. Mate of mine used to live in Plaistow and had a few good afternoons at the Boleyn Ground. Remember a good game against Farnborough in the FAC. Ended in a draw. 2-2 IIRC.

Reading the various min-by-min reports of the game. Torygraph includes the following snippet:

Miaow!

Surely they'll field as many second string players in the second leg as us, their sole priority has to be the league at this point.

I think I'm in the 1% bracket that hasn't yet turned on Allardyce. He has to get at least 4 points out of next two games Cardiff and Newcastle before I join the 99%

Disgusted with tonight's performance, all I can pray and hope is that we laid down for FA Cup and League Cup for the sake of survival because there's no other explanation for this lack of effort. Fair enough we have loads of injuries and can't ignore the point that your team can beat any team 6-0 on there day.

Pls Sam, you got us up, you got us 10th last season , carry on being an arragont bastard I don't care just keep us up !
Bloody hell mate, if thats what your basing it on you may as well get 'weal' and join the 99%

Fatso having a dig about money again.
Oh well at least the travelling 'Ammers have got the measure of the GPC,s arse luber in chief.

The second small time manager to have a moan about money in a couple of weeks.

What they fail to appreciate is that our buys have been well thought out (with the exception of the 2012 summer transfer window aberration). I always remember the Soccer Saturday crew at the start of 2010-11 saying they had doubts about Yaya and Silva and did not think we had signed any world-class players!

If BFS was given big money to spend he'd pack his team full of overpriced and overhyped players like Andy Carroll.
