True. And up to yesterday taken them very well this season.
True. And up to yesterday taken them very well this season.
Southampton have been on their holidays for the last month, I hope your right because it will make this week hugely enjoyable but I would be shocked if the dippers did not win the game comfortably. They are all forgetting the Southampton game has to be won by Liverpool first and foremost ?
Coming off a very had game vs Chelsea at Wembley over 120 minutes plus picking up injuries to key players, but the media have given Liverpool the points already, and it's all on the final game on Sunday.
yes, the goal swing is 7 and Southampton have been thumped a couple of times already, so nobody would be shocked to see Liverpool smash them ? But they took points off us home and away, so they have it in them and being their last game of the season at home, you'll think they want to put a show on for the fans ?
I have a feeling it's on for Southampton to get something if they fancy it and not roll over hopefully
How will he have them playing like men possessed ?
No they won't. We'll have to much for them. The Villa that turns up on Sunday will be unrecognizable to the Villa of the rest of the season.
And Coutinho, that twat always plays well against us.
He's another clown I have on ignore. Dare I unignore and peep ?Ive read some absolute bollocks on bluemoon, but this is bad.
yep context is everything, and at one point we looked buried only to really turn the whole thing on it's head to come away wondering how we didnt win, which is remarkable really. I still thought, all things considered, this was a very good point. It was a terrible point and a brilliant point in equal measure.
Our defensive set up, defensive application and mistakes, and snail’s pace slow passing caused us to be 2-0 down and despite having a lot of the ball West Ham looked very comfortable and like they were going to stroll to a 3-0 win. Only Jesus looked remotely threatening first half.
Our attitude to come out in the second half to get back into the game and almost win it, despite us still being rubbish defensively and still far too slow in possession offensively and still creating next to nothing and being bailed out by a West Ham own goal… showed good character that we wouldn’t let it die.
We have the best team in the country but I am not sure what that has to do with Sunday, we had a far better team than Madrid, we hammered them for 178 mins but what was the result? No they won't. We'll have to much for them.
And Coutinho can get man of the match for all I care as it won't mean nish.
You do realise we have better players than Coutinho don't you?
I wouldn't personally. I need some instruction on how to ignoreHe's another clown I have on ignore. Dare I unignore and peep ?
They have their last home game on Thursday night which is against BurnleyThe Villa game is a worry for me, Stevie G and the footballing gods could come back to haunt us.
We have given Gerrard so much grief over his slip against Chelsea that cost Liverpool the title, Sunday gives him a chance of redemption.
Make no mistake Gerrard will have Villa playing like men possessed on Sunday, we will have to be at our best to get the job done.
"Play on Sunday how we play every week and we will win"They have their last home game on Thursday night which is against Burnley
That will take a lot out of them and will be the last big effort
Then they will have their lap of honour and applause etc
Come Sunday they will want to win, but will they have the fight and hunger we will
They have nothing to play for and it doesn’t matter to them one way or Another
Play on Sunday how we play every week and we will win
