The thing is it was Zinchenko who stuffed up for their goals so it wouldn't of mattered really.People have different approaches to managing a game though. That penalty goes in and he’s done the right thing, in fact he may already have if it means Ake is fit for 95 mins next week or Egan-Riley has to play his first full game in front of a home crowd instead of at an unfamiliar stadium. Personally I’ll go with Pep over anybody else.
I don't think it's a trust issue with Pep, we are playing for the title and indeed it's not fair to stick all that pressure on a young lad. Imagine a young 18 year old lad away from home having to mark Antonio yesterday who's built like a train.
The only option we had really was Ake but I think he's a last ditch option because he's not 100% fit.
I think this week is the first week off we've had in nearly 2 months so we'll be firing all cylinders next weekend.
