We've had two relatively bearable last day deciders (West Ham and Brighton) and two terrible panic attack games (QPR and Villa). There is no way to tell. Can we please have the most comfortable day possible. And let's ignore Everton and Arsenal. It's down to us.
Compare that to Newcastle in 1968. City needed to win away to edge out United, City were 1-0 up then pegged back to 1-1. Then it went 2-1 and 2-2. City edged ahead 3-2 and then 4-2, before Newcastle came back to make it 4-3.

At the time few in the stadium were aware that Sunderland had won at Old Trafford and City were champions regardless of the result at Newcastle.

Haha yes please..
But I see frustration first half. We are going to have to break these lot down, they're pretty good at parking the bus. No way will they want a 5-0 drubbing so it's gonna be a brick wall on their 18 yard box. We are going to have to wear them down which might get a bit "squeaky bum" until they tire.

BUT.....I hope I'm dead wrong and we score 2 early on :)

They have conceded far more than every other premier league team this season apart from the bottom three.

You do know that they’ve conceded 71 goals this season don’t you? Only the three relegated teams have conceded more.
I’m not sure that record is great evidence for showing they‘re pretty good at parking the bus.
We smashed them 3-1 at their place and that was without Kevin and Haaland missed loads of chances before he bagged towards the end.
No way the boys are giving this up. Trust Pep, trust the lads and remember, we fight till the end.

My anxiety levels that day were minimal compared to recent campaigns.

Of the two games Everton are far more likely to get a result at the Goons , they are tight defensively and have a manager who will not accept an end of season performance , they also need a point to secure their current position , Brentford could catch them and that will cost them £3.2m.
We have West Ham who are in terrible form , one win in seven a manager who is leaving and their position in the league is guaranteed so there in no financial penalty if they lose , win or draw , but of the course media are concentrating on the jeopardy of a West Ham win.
The only surprise is the Goons are only 9/1 to win the league , i wouldnt back them at 50/1.
woaahhhh pal this is city were talking about.cup for cock ups and all that
