I don't think this group (in this moment in time) are capable of putting up a decent fight if required.I think I'd prefer to go to Swansea needing a win.
We need to be in a frame of mind that the winner takes all. If we went down there with an option, I'd be expecting less intensity.
Dream scenario for them, only needing to help the scum in a single match as opposed to over months. A red in the first half or a penalty from an obvious dive - you know it may happen tonightHammers dominate for 80+mins but cannot take their chances. Scum get a dodgy goal from nowhere and ride out the storm. Iv'e convinced myself that the FA will see Manure get top 4 through the "brief" to the whistling wanker
Sadly you've probably nailed it, just missing the granny shagger committing 6 yellow offences before finally getting a stern talking to by whichever chicken shit referee is in charge.I think deep down we all know what's coming tonight. West Ham will come out absolutely flying, they'll batter the rags, hitting the woodwork several times, miss a couple of sitters, De Gea will make a few routine saves (later to be upgraded to world class) and then in about the 70th minute the stuffy bastards will go up the other end and score with their first shot on target. They'll then comfortably see out the rest of the game and win 1-0.
Remember the last game at maine road...
That is exactly my worry.
We were all up for it and revelling in the party atmosphere, but the players might as well have not taken to the pitch.
I just hope the Hammers' players are still up for fighting for their Europa League place.
