Great win, tempered by a possible injury to Negredo. Gut feeling is a broken collarbone. Hope I'm wrong. Lopes, though.....what a game! Hope he starts again Saturday.

No ways a broken collar bone, he'd be off on a stretcher straight to hospital. Good to see he got back up and carried on... Man is he a BEEEEEEAAAASSSSSSTTTTTTT.................

I've broken my collarbone twice and carried on like Negredo was for the last two minutes.

I broke it, finished off skiing down the mountain, went out got drunk and went to the hospital when it was still hurting the day after. I've honestly had worse tooth aches.

Only a Blue could moan about lack of added time when we are 9-0 up!

Good game, especially Lopes, Dinho, Beast and Lescott. Boyata decent tonight but Nastasic is still well off the pace.

Great to see Jovetic and Rodwell back in action. We may yet need these guys as the fixtures mount up.

Thoroughly professional performance. Won at a canter. Everybody played their part well.

Great to see Kun getting more match practice and another goal. Should be on fire by the time Spurs and Chelsea come about. Jo-jo and Jack looked hungry.....if we can keep them fit it will be like 2 new January signings.

Finally a big shout for Marcos Lopes, what a player this lad is going to be. Looked every bit a PL player tonight, quick and skillful, and an eye for a pass. Really hope he plays again on Saturday.

WEMBERLEE HERE WE COME

Easy known we didn't fuck up tonight. 90 minutes after the game finished and only 6 pages? Just looked back at the Sunderland post match thread and by this stage, we'd reached 44 pages! Isn't life nicer when we win!

Very impressed tonight with Lopes and I thought Rodwell looked very decent when he came on. A good game from Boyata as well.

Well played City, bring on the Final.

Garcia had a decent game tonight , unsung hero , always in the right place to nick the ball from opposition , hes took a lot of stick because of his big transfer fee and the expectations , he would struggle against top class sides , but for 90% of our games hes a great replacement for yaya and dinho

There is no way he would have carried on if he had of dislocated or broken his collarbone.

Unless our medical staff are complete novices you know straight away if your collarbone is shot.

Unless our medical staff now carry mobile xray scanners then I'm afraid you're talking bollocks.
