I think that to a point we should be encouraged to embrace different cultures, but in far too many instances, that point is long past

Perhaps it's Scottish week at school? Perhaps a new pupil has started who is Scottish. Perhaps a pupil whose father is serving the UK abroad has been injured or worse? Perhaps the school is trying to teach people tolerance of others?

There is plenty of time for children to form their own petty and stubborn views on other races when they grow up without it being taught to them at our schools. We don't want to mainland to become the next Ireland.

point 2 new pupil who is Scottish....maybe but doubtful
point 2 father serving abroad....would of served collectively for the British forces,hence the union flag

You're probably right about them all. There will be some reason but they hate us because we are better than them, we are their bigger, better looking, richer, more sucessful brother and envy is a terrible trait. There's no need for us to hate them just because they hate us, let's just feel pity!!!

never used to bother me the scots until my mate moved up to Edinburgh and he was telling me how anti-English they really are
