What are you drinking with your Christmas dinner?

I mean at home, not down the pub.

Something poncey, like wine or Pimms No !?

I always have a good ale. This year I shall be having some Titanic Plum Porter. It complments the festive bird.

And please don't say "That should go down well". I've heard the Titanic jokes.
Not heard of that but do enjoy a Porter, I’ll look out for it, is it available in Supermarkets?

It is rare to find it in the supermarkets(some morrisons sell it) so go to a craft ale shops, though bargain booze will have it (they have everything)

It is on draft permamently in the castle and city arms in town and regular as a guest ale in many places.

The best porter around I adore the stuff and drink it regulary, Titanic is a top brewery for ales

Two Guiness in the local then onto the Purple Olive in Ashton for an Indian Christmas nosebag at 4pm, couple of reds then back home for a single malt or two.

Whatever you’re drinking and eating have a great day especially those with kids, it’s a magical time, make the most of it as time flies.

Cheers, I’ll definitely give it a go.

Giving Guinness 0% a crack cos I'm a tight arse and refuse to pay the taxi fare!

Driving to Manchester for dinner at sister's. So a couple of Guinness 0.0 for me, one glass of red with dinner. Should think a couple of Maker's Mark bourbons on returning home later.

Cheers y'all.
