I can see that when you pick the kebab up the meat will fall out, work on your meat placement in future.

Plus, those are chippy chips.... Not sure why, but something about them with a kebab doesn't sit right with me

First couple of times but mainly because you get out of the habit of feeling hungry. I honestly don't suffer at all now and I've lost nine pounds since 5th January. On normal days I eat and drink what I like
