That's sounds very nice and rustic. Although I would of gone with a nice picpoul de pinet ;-)Roasted turbot on the bone that i partly filleted and rubbed with lemon juice, garlic, olive oil and some chopped salted capers with chips and salad.
Washed down with a nice fruity bordeaux, yum.
