I'm listening to 'This Is My Truth Tell Me Yours' by the Manics. Just looking at the cover, obviously the first album after Richie's dissapearance, you'd think they'd make sure that they looked cool wouldn't you? They look like they're doing a bit of DIY or something.

2ND Album post Richey, first one was Everything Must Go. As for the coolness they had to stop being cool cos without Richey they were never going to be as cool were they? Aside from that though it's a decent album I think. I agree that it is perhaps one of the wankest covers ever though!
