Your vinyl collection sounds far more extensive than mine, although I do have the EP you mention, with Dislocation being the fourth track. Systems of Romance is an astonishing album, especially for its time. I've had a delve into my collection and also uncovered a single I'd forgotten about completely, by Midge Ure and Mick Karn.

Anyway, before I feel compelled to ask the mods for an Ultravox sub-forum :)

Oh, you got the 4-track EP (2x singles?). It was out the same time as the 3-track. A mate of mine had Systems so I got to hear it at the time but I never went and bought it. Rectified that mistake a few years ago with the 4-CD Island Years box set. I've always thought Vienna was a re-working of Just For A Moment off Systems...
