What are your expectations for the new manager?

First couple of months will be crucial. We're not just bringing in a new manager (or more correctly head coach) but also new players, new system and formation. How quickly that beds in will be vital. How will existing key players adapt to the new system, especially Yaya, Silva & Aguero? Will they have the same roles as now or something completely different?

Its fortunate that its not a World Cup or Euro summer, but a good pre season will be critical. And any new players really do need to be signed quickly.

If we get off to a poor start then the new man could come under pressure very quickly.

Where we should have been for the last two seasons - 20 points better than Rags and continuing to stay ahead of Chelsea. Quarter finals of CL and decent cup runs in both domestic cup competitions. Progress with elite and youth squads. Ability to break down a parked bus with a bit of width and a general anticipation of winning both derby matches. Top available players choosing to come to us. In other words achievement in line with the best squad of players in the country and what would have been achieved had we been managed by red nose for the last two years! Sadly this is why we have had to take the next step - but no excuse for the way it has been handled - so management of PR is a top priority.

Agree 100% with what you said. PR was rubbish just so ashamed and feel gutted even more for Roberto.

Get silva yaya and aguero's mojo back! Aguero should have been off before tevez on Saturday, maybe the new guy can get more out of nasri technically good but doesn't do it no where near often enough. We could even save money on a new striker as Mancini seemed to destroy dzeko's confidence, somewhere in there is the player who bagged 4 past spurs, why has this happened under Mancini?

And if the new guy is supposed to have a rep for having players wanting to play for him Scott Sinclair could end up on the level of ronaldo with a bit of arjen robben thrown in to the mix.(this last bit was a wind up)
