What areas in Greater Manchester are blue?

Droylsden was blue in the 70s then the red fans started popping up following the advent of the premier league and low and behold it's blissfully blue again. Although in fairness the local team at the Butchers arms have always played in red.

I always thought the general rue of thumb was the southern and eastern parts of the Manchester were mainly City, whereas the western and northern areas had a higher proportion of united fans.
I thought the area near the Etihad was massively red. That will soon change as little blues come through the ranks. East Gorton seems more blue than red. Stockport is rag-invested in many parts.
*sniff*

M7 Lower Broughton, Salford is blue ;)

Plenty of blues in Urmston and increasing all the time, however traditionally it's been a United dominated town

The Alker has drastically improved TBH, good crowd in there nowadays on away matches and the Church is on the up but once parked up in the Cons club couldn't be arsed moving & I had a bird I was tryin to pull LOL. The Roebuck doesn't show any matches at the minute but I boycotted them the other year when they turned an away City match off at half time to put a utd home match on

The Alker and the Church are in Flixton ;-)

Its a massive blue area Flixton, I think half the Blazin Squad are based there, haha

Gorton and Denton very blue for donkeys years - went to school in Gorton (Wright Robinson) in the 1970’s and you could count the Utd fans on one hand, same went for Spurley Hey, Dane Bank etc. The last 25 years has seen more Utd fans surfacing, but it’s was still dominated by blues even in the bad times.
