After reading three of the Game of Thrones books on the trot, I fancied a break and getting my teeth into something different. Ended up downloading the ominbus edition of 1Q84 by Haruki Murakami onto my kindle and am thoroughly enjoying it. I can't put it down. Very easy read and like his style. Never read anything by this dude before.

I'm about 100 pages into Ted Kennedy's memoir. His stories of being young in the Kennedy family are pretty amazing. He also talked about how he got to cut the ribbon for the re-opening for the Royal Children's Zoo in England. Apparently he damn near got his arm bit off by a zebra that day.

A Memory of Light. The last Wheel of Time book. Class so far, hope the ending is worthy of a 14 book series...
