What Conspiracy Theories Do You Believe In?

Jesus didnt die on the Cross but was transported across the Med and lived a normal life and was buried at Rennes Le Chateau.

Intrigues me. The Holy Grail is the blood line of Jesus protected by the Priory of Sion, set up by the Knights Templar
You should write a book on it. Sounds good.

The Da Vinci code was based on lots of the stuff i had read years before. But obviously was a film meant to entertain whilst completely missing the point. It used poetic licence to the extreme.

There are conspiracy theories that the Catholic Church used Dan Brown to write the book and then make the film to fantasise the serious historical work of some emminent historians in order to protect the Risen from the grave myth and the role of Mary Magdalene in early christianity

Yeah I've read a few serious books about it, it would be catastrophe for the Catholic Church

Well I've read the bible code book, and I can tell you in all honesty, it's a load of bollocks.
I've got the book here Russ if you've not got paint to watch dry :)

And it was filed under "non fiction" FFS :)

Not read that pal but imagine he jumped on the back of other literary releases in the early 80s

The Holy Blood and The Holy Grail by Leigh and Baigent fascinated me and i read loads after. I admit its a long time ago but i nearly did a degree in medieval History instead of Economics on the back of it. If i could afford it i would do that medieval History degree now.

I would study the Merovingians especially Dagobert

I'd probably study origins of afternoon tea

Not sure I could be arsed though :)
